Freida Pinto has revealed that she still gets extremely nervous around other celebrities and never knows what to say to them. Freida shot to fame following the success of Slumdog Millionaire back in 2008 but she has admitted that she still finds it awkward being a Hollywood star.
Pinto explained, "Of course, I was very starstruck. Anybody who would be in my position would have been starstruck. I had to train myself to be calm and composed if at all I saw Angelina Jolie walking down somewhere. It is difficult because it's like living in a fairy tale.”
She added, "The biggest celebrities whom you have adored and been a fan of are in front of you - it is difficult to not be in awe. I felt like Alice in Wonderland. I mean I never thought I would meet Mick Jagger. I didn't say anything. See this is the thing, I don't know what to say. I just get very nervous and kind of retreated into my shell. I just said 'I love your music' and that's about it. Then I left."
Freida Pinto recently revealed how she finds it very awkward when she communicates with her boyfriend Dev Patel over Skype, as it makes her look ugly. Freida can currently be seen on the big screen in Rise of the Planet of the Apes, alongside James Franco and Tom Felton.
