When it was first announced that Bruce Jenner had decided that he no longer wanted to be a man and felt more comfortable as a woman, there were quite a lot of shocked people around the world. When it was then confirmed that Bruce was going to actually become a woman, a lot of people thought it was some kind of hoax or publicity stunt, which is nothing new for the Kardashian and Jenner family.

However, Bruce Jenner is no more and we know have to refer to this new woman as Caitlyn Jenner, who has already enjoyed her first photoshoot as a woman. While there have been plenty of trolls out there, making negative comments about Caitlyn Jenner and the way she looks, there have been some who feel that she looks great, with a number of stars speaking out to defend the brave decision.
One such star was Whoopi Goldberg, who said, "I was annoyed when Bruce looked better than me as a man, so now I’m really pissed as hell. Caitlyn is still cuter than me. Listen, I’m thrilled for her. This is something that has been part of her life — the secret of her life — and now she’s free. God bless you, honey. God bless you."

Meanwhile, Orange is the New Black transgender star Laverne Cox added, "Caitlyn looks amazing and is beautiful but what I think is most beautiful about her is her heart and soul, the ways she has allowed the world into her vulnerabilities. The love and devotion she has for her family and that they have for her. Her courage to move past denial into her truth so publicly. These things are beyond beautiful to me."
As for people closer to home, Kim Kardashian said, "This is Caitlyn's moment and it's her time to express herself and just be herself, and that's really what life is about and she just wants to help people that don't feel comfortable in their own skin, just to be confident in who they are."
We are all for people doing what makes them feel comfortable in their own skin and what makes them happy, within reason. If we can no longer use the name Bruce Jenner and now have to refer to this woman as Caitlyn Jenner, then so be it. Good luck to you, girl!
