It has been suggested in recent weeks, that Take That singer and judge of The X Factor, Gary Barlow, could be set to quit the hit ITV1 reality singing competition, after just one season. Gary has previously claimed that he will wait until this season of The X Factor has finished before he makes a decision on his future on the show.
Barlow has now added a further hint that he could be ready to quit The X Factor at the end of the current season. He explained, “I’m taking some time off next year to remind myself who my children are and what their names are. It’s been nice to concentrate on something other than X Factor. We’re in a bubble down there. It’s been good to leave London. We get tied up with our own importance.”
Gary Barlow has become, quite possibly, the most popular judge on this season of The X Factor and fans will be distraught if he does decide to quit the show. However, with the amount of drama there has been on The X Factor this season, it may well have been a bit too much for him. We will just have to wait and see. The X Factor continues on Saturday night on ITV1 at 8:15pm.
