There has been a lot of head scratching going on since it was revealed that George Lucas would be acting as a consultant on Star Wars: Episode 7. Many people have been questioning exactly what it is that he will be doing as a consultant and how involved he will be on the end product.
Now, George Lucas has opened up about his role as consultant and explained exactly what it is that he will be doing on Star Wars: Episode 7. George says that he will be the go to go who will be able to tell people everything and anything they need to know about the Star Wars universe.
Lucas told Access Hollywood, “[If the filmmakers ask],‘Who’s this guy?’ I can tell them. I mean, they have a hundred encyclopaedias and things, but I actually know a lot. I can say, ‘This is this and this is that.’ Basically I’m not — I don’t really have much to do. I’m pretty sure he’d never want to do that.”
There have been plenty of rumours surrounding the Star Wars: Episode 7 movie, with people suggesting who should direct the movie, as well as who should appear in it. Earlier this week, Corey Feldman revealed that he would love to star as Han Solo’s son.
