Actor Gerard Butler is renowned for both his acting and his rugged good looks and the latter was on full display in a recent public appearance in Australia. He was invited to be a special guest at Bondi restaurant where the Ellery Spring/Summer 14/15 fashion show was taking place and he came to the show in a manner that only very few actors could actually make work. Gerard Butler rode his motorcycle and entered the premises looking every bit the rugged biker man that many a woman falls in love with because of his confident personality and "I dress how I feel" attitude.
At an event where the women, both models and observers were dressed to impress he arrived with his helmet in hand, wearing baggy jeans, a grey casual t-shirt, black leather jacket and topped the outfit off with his scuffed brown boots. For most men the prospect of any woman giving him the time of day with such an appearance would be slim and none but Gerard Butler within minutes of his arrival had the attention of many of the female attendees, models and fellow actors Charlotte Best and Emma Lung.
Such is his appeal that once he started mingling with people at the event many were smiling, giggling and watching his every move and it is this persona that makes him such an in-demand actor that producers and directors want in their movies.
He is in Australia filming "Gods of Egypt" and thus the fashion show was probably a welcome break from the demands of acting as he is filming with some of the best actors in the business such as Geoffrey Rush, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Brenton Thwaites and rumours are coming from the set that the acting has been top notch by Gerard Butler et al.
If his acting is anywhere close to the 'It' appeal he displayed with his appearance at the fashion show than the wait for this film's release in February 2016 will be worth it.
