Another Monday has arrived and, along with it, we have another beautiful Girl of the Day for you to enjoy. Over the course of the past few Girl of the Day pieces, we have been looking at models from countries which we have not really paid too much attention to over the years. So, since we have hardly brought you any women from Jamaica, we have decided to look at what the country has to offer.

Yendi Phillips is a Jamaican beauty
Which brings us to our Girl of the Day for today, who happens to be the Jamaican model Yendi Phillips, who has enjoyed a long and successful career to date. While Yendi has done plenty of modelling over the years, as well as showing her talents as a television host, it is fair to say that Phillips is best known for the years she was competing as a beauty queen, in some of the biggest pageants around.
It was way back in 2007 that Yendi Phillips was crowned Miss World Jamaica 2007, which led to her to compete at Miss World 2007. During the pageant, Yendi placed in the Miss World Beach Beauty, Miss World Sports, Miss World Talent, Miss World Top Model and the Beauty With A Purpose Award, before finally placing in the top 16. As well as that, Phillips was crowned Miss Universe Jamaica 2010, which led to her competing at Miss Universe 2010 where she finished as first runner-up.

The world is full of beautiful women
While Yendi Phillips is one of the very few Jamaican women we have had as our Girl of the Day, there are plenty more that we could use in the future. For now though, enjoy Yendi Phillips, she is stunning.
