It has been confirmed that Glee actor Matthew Morrison has signed on to join The Voice coach, Adam Levine’s 222 Records record label for the release of his second album. Adam Levine has only just started his own record label and Matthew Morrison is the first act to be signed up, something that both men seem very pleased and excited about.
Morrison explained, "I am excited to be working on my next album with such an incredible singer, writer and producer as Adam Levine. Adam and I share the same vision as we begin working on my record together." Adam then stated that starting his own label has been a dream of his for some time and he was glad to have Matthew on board.
Levine added, "Starting my own label has been a long-time goal of mine and I am thrilled to be at the point in my career where it is finally happening. I am excited for everyone to hear Matthew's forthcoming album. Great things are in store for him with this release." Matthew Morrison released his self titled debut album in 2011 which included duets with such stars as Sting and Sir Elton John.
