Face Forward has announce their annual gala's theme this year will be 'A Gatsby Affair.' The event benefits the charity's efforts to give both physical reconstruction and emotional support to women and children who have been victims of domestic or gang violence.
Bonne Somerville, known for her portrayal of Deb McKenzie on the TV series Golden Boy (which, unfortunately was not renewed for a second season) is a member of the charity's honorary committee, and will likely appear at the event. Somerville supports a number of charitable causes, including the Child Abuse Prevention Program and the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
Jennifer Coolidge and Tom Arnold are also members of the charity's Honorary Committee, will also be in attendance at the event. Other confirmed guests include Grammy winner Macy Gray, and X-Factor finalist Stacy Francis. This year's event will honor Dr. Phil McGraw and his wife Robin, as well as Jake Kloberdanz, who will receive the community philanthropic award.
This year's event will be held on September 28th at the Fairmount Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica. Guests will be required to wear period clothing from the 1920's, or should arrive in black tie.
