This year, People has named Gwyneth Paltrow as the world's best dressed. Now, while that is a very reaching statement to make considering that People generally only takes American and British celebrities into major consideration, the magazine also reaches a limited circulation to those audiences. The list was compiled after input was given from the editors, fashion bloggers, and readers around the world, so in their opinion, she was the best dressed.
