Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow has been very vocal about her diet over the years but it seems that there is one specific thing that she has a bit of a love/hate relationship with ... bread. In the past, Gwyneth admitted that she starved her children of carbohydrates, which includes bread. However, she has also admitted that she loves bread and has to find a way to work it in to her diet and fitness regime.
Paltrow previously explained, "I really enjoy food. So for me exercise is a really good way to counterbalance the bread and cheese and coffee that I want in my life. I try to do all the things I enjoy but in moderation."
She added, "It is important to do a bit of stretching, breathing, a bit of yoga, even for ten minutes. It just takes a bit of commitment and a little bit of a mind-set change."
There has been a very mixed reaction to the different comments that Gwyneth Paltrow has made about her diets over the years. While some feel that she is setting a good and healthy example to others, there are also some who believe that she is not giving off the right impressions. What do you think?
