Australian actress Nicky Whelan, who starred as Leigh in the Farrelly Brothers comedy Hall Pass, alongside Owen Wilson, has revealed how she notices a big difference between Australian men and American. Nicky even suggested that the guys in the US are a little less laid back.
Whelan explained, "Growing up and going out to bars in Australia - people do random things; cheesy pick-up lines … you got to laugh. It's sweet. Some people come up with cracker lines and you really can't be mean to them.” Nicky then discussed the difference between the men.
She added, "I think the Australian men and American men are quite different. I feel like Australian men might be a little bit more laid back and a little bit cool whereas American guys are sort of 'boom, boom, boom.'" Hall Pass is now available to purchase on DVD and Blu-Ray.
