Richard A. Franco, the man accused of burgling the home of Halle Berry, as well as stalking the Hollywood actress is set to stand trial as ordered by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Melissa Widdifield. Richard has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Los Angeles police Detective John Gregozek revealed that, when arrested, Mr Franco had on him a key to the guest house, where Halle Berry has a beauty salon and a wardrobe. Gregozek also claimed that Miss Berry was not at the hearing, as she is still afraid of Franco.
Halle Berry previously wrote in her petition back in July that, "This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have, and I am extremely frightened of him and what he might do to me or those I love." Richard A. Franco remains jailed on $150,000 bail and will return to court on October 31 for arraignment.
