There are certain roles and certain characters that a star will play in Hollywood, that the fans around the world will remember for the rest of time and, for Hollywood actor Harrison Ford, he has been fortunate to have a number of them. Back in 2008, we saw Harrison return to his famous role as Indiana Jones, for the much slated movie Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, while he will be seen reprising his legendary role as Han Solo in Star Wars: Episode VII next year.
There has also been a lot of talk over the years that we could see Harrison Ford returning to the role of Rick Deckard for a possible Blade Runner sequel and now it looks like Blade Runner 2 could actually be his next project. Ridley Scott has confirmed that the Blade Runner 2 script is complete and that it is definitely going to happen.
Scott was chatting to the guys over at Entertainment Weekly, when he told them, "It’s written and it’s damn good. Of course it involves Harrison [Ford], who is a survivor after all these years—despite the accident (referring to the actor's Star Wars set accident). So yes, that will happen."
It was expected that Ridley Scott would make his Prometheus sequel next and the legendary film maker has admitted that he has so many different projects lined up that it is difficult to decide which to do when. He added, "That’s the problem. I’ve got a lot of ducks in a row. But they’re all written."
Are you looking forward to seeing Blade Runner 2?
