It appears that JK Rowling is set to release a brand new book and, although she claims that it is very different from the Harry Potter series, the Harry Potter fans are bound to jump straight on board with it. JK Rowling has admitted that her new book is set to be aimed at a much older audience than the Harry Potter series but again, that is unlikely to deter the Harry Potter fans.
Rowling explained, "Although I've enjoyed writing it every bit as much, my next book will be very different to the Harry Potter series, which has been published so brilliantly by [publisher] Bloomsbury and my other publishers around the world.”
She added, "The freedom to explore new territory is a gift that Harry's success has brought me, and with that new territory it seemed a logical progression to have a new publisher. I am delighted to have a second publishing home in Little, Brown, and a publishing team that will be a great partner in this new phase of my writing life."
JK Rowling has previously stated that she went through a number of mixed emotions, while writing the Harry Potter series over the years and stated that it is highly unlikely that she would return to the Harry Potter story. However, she did admit that she could not rule it out completely. We will give you more news on the new JK Rowling book as we get it.
