Miranda Kerr has been a staple of Victoria's Secret for numerous years, but is her time as an angel finally ending? According to a new report from US Weekly, industry insiders are saying that Kerr's three year contract with VS is not being renewed.
There are a lot of reasons this could have happened, but a source tells US Weekly that the reason is for Kerr's 'difficult reputation'. Also, she's apparently not a 'big seller' for the company the way some of the other Angels are [these angels include Candice Swanepoel and Alessandra Ambrosio].
A source tells US Weekly, "They can still use her for catalogue, where she will get a day rate, but she doesn’t have to be an Angel to do that." While reps for VS haven't confirmed Kerr's departure, the chief marketing officer for VS, Ed Razek, says the the company will continue using Miranda Kerr. He said, "We have no plans to stop working with her."
While that's not an exact denial of the rumors, he's saying that Victoria's Secret plans to continue having a working relationship with Kerr. Will that be possible if they fire her? Let us know what you think in the comments.
