We are just a few hours away from the 2014 Oscars and the Hollywood stars are all preparing for the biggest night of the year. There will be a lot of eyes on them on this big night and, while some will no doubt be praised for looking great, there are always going to be some stars who get it wrong and find themselves being heavily criticised for what they decided to wear.
While those who have been nominated for Oscars at this year's Academy Awards will no doubt be nervous about winning and their potential acceptance speech, there is no doubt that they will also be a little nervous of having to walk the red carpet. The Oscars red carpet is where they are first seen on the night and where they are ultimately scrutinised for what they are wearing, so the nerves will definitely be there.
As well as having the red carpet to think about and the possibility of having to take to the stage and give an acceptance speech, some of the stars will also have to take to the stage to present awards. As is usually the case with the Oscars, we will see last years winners on stage, presenting awards to this year's winners. That will include the likes of Daniel Day-Lewis, Jennifer Lawrence, Anne Hathaway and Christoph Waltz, to name just a few.
The stars will begin to hit the Oscars red carpet in an hour or so and they will begin to stream in with a steady flow. The Oscars themselves will begin a couple of hours after the stars first start arriving. We will keep you up to date with what happens as it happens.
