Cara Delevingne is widely known for having one of the greatest bodies in the modeling world. According to trainer James Duigan her diet isn't exactly what you would expect however. Duigan states that you really need to "have something there" to get the tight, rounded derriere that Delevingne is known for.
While Cara has previously stated that she eats a lot to keep from feeling faint on shoots - including items like pizza - her diet is usually well-rounded and healthy. Oily fish and chicken are some of her primary protein sources, both of which help to create longer, leaner muscle tone.
Cutting down on both caffeine is also a good idea. Not only does caffeine disrupt your sleep, it can aggravate your body's nervous system, causing your adrenal glands to produce a chemical called cortisol. This chemical is also caused by prolonged stress, and is one of the main causes your body may accumulate unattractive belly fat.
Duigan also recommends following a low-sugar, low-carbohydrate diet. According to the world-renowned trainer:
"Sugar makes you fat - as you eat it, the amount converted straight to fat is 40% in a healthy person." This ratio is even higher for those who are already overweight, soaring as high as 60-80%.
If you do feel your sweet tooth kicking in, rely on fresh berries or some honey to curb the craving, and always eat at the end of a meal, or after consuming some protein to help keep your blood sugar levels even.
As for shaping that body, Cara relies on exercises like the "Tube Walk":
*Attach a tension band around both ankles and walk 20 steps, keeping the band as tight as possible.
*Move the band to just above the knees on both sides, and perform a squat. In the squat position, walk another 20 steps.
*Do as many reps as you are able.
What do you think? Good tips or is she hiding the real secret?
