Australian movie star Hugh Jackman has revealed how he loves to start the day, by having a sing-song in the shower. Hugh can currently be seen on the big screen in the musical Les Misérables and he says that the steam from the shower is a great way to warm the voice up.

Talking to Huffington Post, Jackman explained, “I always sing in the shower. I sing most days of my life, it's where I do a good ten minutes. It's great... all the steam. Maybe environmentally not so great, maybe I should turn off the water, but it is a great place to sing.”
In Les Misérables, Hugh Jackman’s character plays the father of Amanda Seyfried’s character and, at a screening of the movie in Los Angeles, Hugh played on this fact. It was Amanda’s birthday and Hugh brought her up onto the stage to wish her a Happy Birthday with a song.

He said, “Tonight is a special night, and I am going to sing one song. And this is a song I am not going to sing alone, because it is the birthday of Amanda Seyfried.”
Les Misérables is already out in the US and is set to be released in the UK on January 11.
