There are a lot of exciting movies coming out in 2015, with a lot of these films being sequels, prequels, remakes and reboots, including the upcoming movie Jurassic World, which hits the big screen next year. Life of Pi actor Irrfan Khan has a role in Jurassic World and he has briefly touched on what is different between the new movie and previous instalments of the franchise.
Khan told The Hollywood Reporter, "For sure it will have more vibe. It's the Jurassic World of these times, with all the technical experimentation. It has now become a fully-bloomed dinosaur amusement park. Dinosaurs in this film will definitely be scary, but this is not a horror film, so it will be like a scary adventure."
As well as talking about how the new Jurassic Park movie, Jurassic World is going to be different from the previous instalments of the franchise, Irrfan Khan also went on to talk about his character in the new movie. Irrfan has revealed what fans can expect from his character, admitting that he plays a good guy who lacks wisdom.
Khan added, "I'm playing the park owner, a very flamboyant person. When the first Jurassic Park came out, I barely had the money to see it and now I'm playing a part. He's trying to entertain the world with good intentions, but sometimes being flamboyant doesn't mean having much wisdom."
As well as featuring Irrfan Khan, Jurassic World will also star Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Judy Greer, and Jake Johnson, among others. Jurassic World has been directed by Colin Trevorrow, with the movie set to hit the big screen on June 12, 2015 in both the US and the UK.
