The hard work certainly seems to have paid off, as Miley has been photographed looking slimmer and slimmer lately, but the 19-year-old singer looked incredibly thin in a grey vest dress which left little to the imagination yesterday. British newspaper the Daily Mail said that Miley 'appeared to have the 'lollipop' head look which is typical of celebrities whose frames have shrunk leaving their heads looking out of proportion.'
The 19-year-old was spotted leaving her Miami hotel in the mini dress which she wore without a bra and military style boots. She was spotted leaving her hotel with her Mum, Tish, who accompanied her famous daughter to the Florida city.

Waiting outside for Miley was a gaggle of female fans and the star took the time to greet her admirers, happily posing for pictures with her arms wrapped around them. Miley seemed in good spirits and appears to be having a great time in the sunny location, but it seems the star is missing her pet pooches while she is away.
She wrote on her Twitter page on Monday: ‘I miss my babies at home. homesick already.’
But Miley’s dog Happy, who she rescued after he was abandoned outside a Walmart store, was lucky enough to accompany his owner on the trip. The star, who has five dogs, will presumably also be missing her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, but the Hunger Games actor bid her a fond farewell before she headed to the airport on Monday.
