Janet Devlin's performance on tonight's X Factor left the judges speechless, with Tulisa Contostavlos saying it was "mesmerising."
She may be the shyest contestant ever to appear on The X Factor, but the 16 year old, dubbed the favourite to win, took to the stage and blew the panel away with her original version of Coldplay's "Fix You."
Louis Walsh commented: “Janet, I thought that was incredible. I loved your rendition of Coldplay. You’ve got Celtic soul, you’re the voice of an angel and I’ve got a memo for Kelly Rowland: you have to bring her back.”
Gary Barlow agreed: “You are totally unique” and mentor Kelly Rowland, who appeared to be fighting back tears, added: “Away from the competition I’ve watched you come into your own and I am so proud of you mamma.”
