Kings Of Leon bassist Jared Followill has apologised to fans for the recent cancellation, half way through a gig in Dallas. Jared also revealed that there are some serious issues going on within the band and that these needed to be solved before Kings Of Leon could continue together.
Kings Of Leon frontman Caleb Followill walked off stage during the Dallas gig last night (July 29), claiming that he was unwell. However, many fans are convinced that the singer was too drunk to continue and now Jared has apologised for the upset that it may have caused fans.
Followill took to his official Twitter page to issue his apology, saying, “Dallas, I cannot begin to tell you how sorry I am. There are internal sicknesses & problems that have needed to be addressed. No words.” He then revealed that the issues in the band go deeper than the fans could imagine.
Jared tweeted later, “I love our fans so much. I know you guys aren't stupid. I can't lie. There are problems in our band bigger than not drinking enough Gatorade.” It is still unclear whether the band will split up following the events or whether these problems can be overcome.
