When it comes to celebrating the Oscars, the Hollywood stars all come out in force and try to make themselves look the best that they possible can. Looking good on the red carpet is almost as important to some stars, as it is to actually win an Oscar. What people look like on the red carpet gets heavily scrutinised, so it is always a good idea to make the effort.
Singer and actor Jared Leto is preparing for the biggest Oscar night of his life, after bagging a Best Actor in a Supporting Role nomination for his performance in the movie Dallas Buyers Club. While you would think that all his thoughts would be focussed on that and a possible acceptance speech, it seems that Jared Leto's hair style is the most important thing of the night.
Jared Leto's stylist Chase Kusero has admitted that the key to the evening will be not making Jared look like a women, "It’s really important that he doesn’t look like a woman - that's the biggest challenge. [Jared and I] were going to shock everybody and show up for the Academy Awards with a haircut, but it’s looking so good that we don’t really want to cut it. The only thing I can say is that right now I'm all about the 'wet look,'" he explained.
Jared Leto is in a difficult category for the Best Actor in a Supporting Role award, as he is up against the likes of Michael Fassbender (12 Years a Slave), Barkhad Abdi (Captain Phillips), Bradley Cooper (American Hustle), and Jonah Hill (The Wolf of Wall Street).
