Arrested Development actor Jason Bateman has revealed how he is a huge fan of English comic Ricky Gervais. Jason admitted that he is also a massive fan of Ricky’s show The Office and claims that he would gladly watch anything that has anything to do with Gervais.
Bateman explained, “My favourite is The Office. That was something that Will Arnett and I watched a lot while we were filming Arrested Development. I guess we were hoping that something would rub off. Ricky Gervais claimed he was asked to host the Oscars — how would he have done? I’d watch him host anything. Everything he says makes me laugh, so it doesn’t matter what he’s hosting — I’ll watch.”
Jason Bateman also once again confirmed that an Arrested Development movie is almost a certainty to be made. Jason has previously stated that the Arrested Development movie is set to be full of big name cameos, which he is very excited about.
