American actor and musician Jason Schwartzman brings an amazingly artistic flair to his contributions to American film and television. He is known for his role as Jonathan Ames in the television series Bored to Death (2009-11). He plays the part of a writer who supports himself as a cut rate and un-credentialed detective, securing employment through ads placed on Craigslist.
Schwartzman has also appeared in TV series such as Freaks and Geeks (2000), The Xs (2005), Cracking Up (2004-6), Deep Inside (2009) and Sesame Street (2011). Most recently, we have seen Jason on Jimmy Kimmel Live (2013), Out There (2013), Parks & Recreation (2013) and Drunk History (2013).
Jason has 43 credits in his acting repertoire and has also made his mark in the film category.
