The Muppets actor Jason Segel has praised his The Five Year Engagement co star Emily Blunt, admitting that the two of them have been good friends for many years. Emily recently joked that she sometimes feels that Jason stalks her, as she can never get away from him.
Segel explained, "Emily [Blunt] and I have been friends for a long time, so I think my favourite part of the movie are the in-between scenes where you can tell it wasn't two random viable actors who are matched up for a romantic comedy.”
He added, "It looks like people who have known each other for a long time, and I think that's what makes the difference." Jason Segel also told Us Weekly that he believes that Hilary Clinton would be great to appear in a comedy movie with.
Jason continued, "I just feel like [Clinton] would be good at comedy. I think you can feel it from a mile away." Jason Segel is set to appear alongside Emily Blunt in the movie The Five Year Engagement, which is set to be released in the US on April 27 and in the UK on June 22.
