Jeffrey DeMunn was known as Dale Horvath on the hit show “The Walking Dead”. His character was the voice of reason within a group of post-apocalypse world that has been overrun by zombies. DeMunn’s role as Dale ended in the second season of the show when he was ripped open by a zombie trying to eat his flesh. Since that time DeMunn has gone on to do other roles for television and film.

These films include Ragtime, the Blob, Shawshank Redemption, the Green Mile and in Stephen King’s horror show known as the Mist. DeMunn is also a stage actor and he has performed in plays such as King Lear and a Family for all Occasions.
Since Jeffrey DeMunn no longer appears on the hit show The Walking Dead. He has been given other roles on television which in include the Good Wife and Mob City. Jeffrey DeMunn is apparently making a name for himself on Mob City since he has a permanent role on the show.
