There are a lot of stars in Hollywood these days who choose to stick to a very strict diet and workout very hard, in a bid to keep themselves in the best possible shape and to make sure that they have what is needed to perform the more physical scenes for their films. One actress who has become famed for not sticking to diets and not working out, is The Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence.
However, it seems that this is not completely true, as it now seems that Jennifer Lawrence had to work out fairly hard for her role in The Hunger Games movies. Dr. Joe Horrigan is a chiropractic sports medicine doctor, who worked with Jennifer for these movies and has revealed just how hard and how much effort Lawrence has put in for these moves.
Horrigan explained, "Jennifer was an utmost professional. She was never late. She never missed a workout. She never complained. She did everything that was asked of her and she usually did so with a smile."
The doctor also revealed that she worked on her "stamina, endurance and overall health,” choosing to use "skipping, running, cycling (road, mountain, classes, or simply a regular stationary bike), or various aerobic classes such as dance classes and hiking.” It certainly seems to have done the trick.
We will next see Jennifer Lawrence in her role as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, which will open on November 21, before she then reprises the role for the final time in the movie The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2, which opens on November 20, 2015.
