Star Magazine is reporting that Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson are done being friends after Jennifer took out her awards season stress on him. A source supposedly close to the duo told Star, “[Jennifer] is utterly exhausted from endless interviews, traveling nonstop and four hours of sleep a night. She’s completely overwhelmed and irritable and is fighting with everyone.”

This supposed insider even went so far as to claim, “She recently exploded on poor Josh and says their friendship ‘is so f**king over. They don’t even make eye contact unless they’re shooting a scene.”
Gossip Cop also confirmed that these rumors were false, which are especially telling because of the fact that ‘Catching Fire’ isn’t even shooting right now. After they wrapped Catching Fire at the end of December [not counting the re-shoots occurring after the Oscars], Josh even made it clear that he visited Jennifer after she won the Golden Globe.

While it’s believable that Jennifer is feeling irritable and cranky from all of the awards parties and endless Oscar campaigning, she has never proven herself to be the type of person to take it out on her friends and family. In fact, she seems as if she’s enjoying the process as much as possible, which is definitely important considering that she’s likely to be nominated many more times in her future.
