The Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence has revealed that she would love to play the famous character Bridget Jones, which has previously been played by Renee Zellweger. Jennifer admitted that she wishes the movie had not been made, so that she could star in it herself.

Lawrence explained, “I've always wanted to play Bridget Jones. I want that movie to not exist so I can play it! I've always felt that way - I got nominated for an Oscar, I'm going to replace Renee Zellweger.”
She added, “I say that because that's the movie you put on whenever you're homesick, even though England's not my home. You know when you just want that movie you never get sick of watching? Bridget Jones is that for me.”

Jennifer also revealed what she is set to do with some of the money the she is set to receive for her role in The Hunger Games. She said, “When I get my first real check, I want to bathe in a pool full of pasta.” That's certainly one way to celebrate being in a record breaking movie.
