The 2012 movie The Woman in Black was such a big hit and so well received, that a sequel to the film was given the go ahead, with filming now complete and the movie set to open in 2015. The Woman in Black: Angel of Death stars Jeremy Irvine and Phoebe Fox and we have already been given a short trailer for the movie, which looks fairly decent.
For those of you who are wondering how the sequel will link into the first movie, The Woman in Black: Angel of Death will take place 40 years after the events of the first haunting at the spooky Eel Marsh House. This time, a group of young children, who have been evacuated from World War II London, take shelter in the safety of the house. However, it is not as safe as it seems, as their presence awakens the dark inhabitant.
As well as starring Jeremy Irvine and Phoebe Fox, the rest of the cast in The Woman in Black: Angel of Death, includes such names as Helen McCrory, Oaklee Pendergast, Leanne Best, Ned Dennehy, and Adrian Rawlins, plus many more. The Woman in Black: Angel of Death is directed by Tom Harper, based on the screenplay developed by Jon Croker, with a release date set for January 1, 2015 in the UK and January 30, 2015 in the US.
While we still have a few more months left before The Woman in Black: Angel of Death hits the big screen, we do have a chance to get a little idea of what to expect from the movie with the latest trailer.
