There are millions of people around the world, who are all getting very excited for the amount of new comic book movies we have coming our way over the next few years, especially when it comes to the new Warner Bros. and DC movie Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. We have been hearing plenty about the project recently and expect plenty more as we get ever closer to the big release date.
There are some people though, who feel that some comic book movies can come across as a bit too cartoonish but actor Jesse Eisenberg has insisted that this is definitely not the case with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Jesse takes on the role of Lex Luthor in the movie and he has been teasing what the fans can expect from the upcoming superhero movie.
Eisenberg was a guest on Today, when he told them, "Yes, it is like the most incredible character. It was written by this guy, Chris Terrio. This is like his first movie after Argo. He's just this brilliant writer of characters. So this movie is not this kind of cartoonish superhero movie. It is very serious and well acted, well written, well directed movie. It's really phenomenal!"
As well as starring Jesse Eisenberg, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice boasts a huge all-star cast, with Ben Affleck playing the role of Batman, while Henry Cavill reprises his role as Superman. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been directed by Zack Snyder, with the movie set to hit the big screen on March 25, 2016 in both the US and the UK.
