It has been reported that The Help actress Jessica Chastain and Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston have both signed up to lend the voice to the forthcoming movie Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted. DreamWorks have confirmed that Jessica and Bryan will be joining Madagascar regulars Ben Stiller, David Schwimmer, Jada Pinkett-Smith and Chris Rock for the third Madagascar movie.
It was announced that Jessica Chastain will be set to voice a jaguar that goes by the name of Gia, while Bryan Cranston will be lending his voice to a Siberian tiger. Other new cast members who have joined Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted includes Martin Short, who plays a sea lion called Stefano and Frances McDormand, who portrays Captain Chantel Dubois, an animal control expert.
It was previously reported that Victoria Beckham was offered a role in Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted but she chose not to accept the part. Meanwhile, Sacha Baron Cohen is set to reprise his role as King Julien and everybody's favourite penguins will also be returning. Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted is set to be released in the US on June 8, 2012 and in the UK on October 19, 2012.
