Singer, actress, TV star and fashion designer, Jessica Simpson has decided to take off a few pounds since giving birth. In May of 2012 Jessica gave birth to her first child, Maxwell Johnson and her second child, Ace, in June of 2013. Since vowing to lose the baby weight she has gained much confidence.
Jessica admits she's back to using weight watchers and feeling more confident than she ever has. She spoke in many interviews telling about her decision to lose weight once and for all. She states that when she had Maxwell she gained a lot more weight than she had planned to, and when it came time to try to take it off, it felt overwhelming to her. She explains that stepping on the scale to be weighed and seeing a number so high was rather frightening to her. After giving birth to Ace, she then realized that she would be chasing after a toddler and caring for an infant, all at the same time as trying to ease back into her career.
Mrs. Simpson decided she was now motivated to do this. She knew she needed a plan that was simple enough and fit into her busy schedule and one that gave her the support she needed while trying to take off the extra weight. She had previously used weight watchers and it had helped her lose 40 pound, but she didn't continue on with the diet plans because she had become pregnant for the second time by surprise and had to stay very healthy for her child to develop normally. She took back to it in early October of 2013 and started a new diet plan with weight watchers.
She has since been losing weight and plans to take it week by week so as not to get discouraged. She is now in the process of becoming a spokesperson yet again, for weight watchers. In the coming weeks we're sure to see a much slimmer Jessica.
