It has been claimed that actor Joel Edgerton is currently in talks to join Natalie Portman and Michael Fassbender in the movie Jane Got a Gun. According to Deadline, Joel is in the process of negotiating for the role of the villain in the movie.

Jane Got a Gun is a Western, which centres around Jane Hammond (Natalie Portman), who has to ask her ex boyfriend (Michael Fassbender) to help her, as her husband has become the latest target of a violent gang. Edgerton will play a man named John Bishop, who is the leader of the violent gang.
As well as boasting a very strong cast, Jane Got a Gun is also set to be directed by Lynne Ramsay, who helmed the movie We Need To Talk About Kevin. It is currently expected that filming for Jane Got a Gun will get underway early in the New Year.
Michael Fassbender
Joel Edgerton has currently been enjoying a steady rise to Hollywood superstardom, with the Australian actor appearing in movies such as The Thing and Warrior, while he is also set to star in the new Kathryn Bigelow movie Zero Dark Thirty, as well as Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby.
