John Stamos was recently at the Oscars and he had a chance to talk to Pop Sugar about a possible ‘Full House’ movie. He joked that he was at the Oscars to cast for the film, saying, “Yeah, I was thinking I could meet some movie stars to be in the Full House movie."

When talking about who could possible play Uncle Jesse in the film, he deadpanned, “Clooney, of course. George is begging to play Uncle Jesse. I was thinking Daniel Day-Lewis could play Danny Tanner. Bradley Cooper to play Dave Coulier. And of course, Philip Seymour Hoffam can do anything so he’ll play the girls.”
Stamos was also at the Vanity Fair party where he was looking for recently minted Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence, knowing that she had previously admitted to having a crush on him. Alas, we cannot confirm if he found her or not, but ‘Uncle Jesse’ was definitely at his best-dressed last night.

Also, while Stamos was certainly joking about the Full House movie, many outlets have confirmed that the proposed film is definitely not happening, mostly due to lack of interest from most of the cast members.
