Jonathan Nolan was one of the people responsible for bringing The Dark Knight trilogy to life and he has been talking about Batman appearing in The Justice League movie. Jonathan says that he has always been a huge Batman fan and loves the whole idea of The Justice League.
Nolan told Empire, “I'm incredibly excited. I was a big fan Batman fan when I was a kid. In fact he was the only comic-book character I really liked. I went through a brief spell where I was reading Captain Britain, because I was an English kid living in the States, and Wolverine for 30 seconds, Spider-Man too, but really Batman was the one. And I love that there are different versions of the character. I love the context of The Justice League, he's kind of the black sheep of that family.”
Jonathan then went on to admit that he was a big fan of The Avengers director Joss Whedon, saying that he thought Joss did a fantastic job with the movie, “To me, Joss Whedon is a god. I thought The Avengers was just an incredible achievement,” added Nolan.
The Justice League movie is currently expected to feature Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, the Flash and other superheroes, when it is released in 2015.
