Actor Joseph Mazzello is well remembered for his role as Tim Murphy in the blockbuster hit film Jurassic Park (1993). He co-starred in the film along with movie greats Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Richard Attenborough and Jeff Goldblum. He also appeared in the heart wrenching film Radio Flyer (1992) as Bobby. Joseph showed tremendous acting potential as a child actor and his contributions to each film were undeniable.
Joseph has enjoyed success as a child actor. He starred in the leading role of Star Kid (1998); co-starred with Brad Renfro in The Cure (1995); and appeared in the role of American Poet Joy Gresham's son in Shadowlands (1993), the biographical film about the life of famed author C.S. Lewis. Joseph Mazzello went on to co-star with Patrick Swayze and Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio in the hit movie Three Wishes (1995), and in a similar vein as Charlie in High Lonesome: A Father For Charlie (1995). He had a tremendously successful run of good luck as a child actor.
As Joseph Mazzello began to mature, he was still popular and appeared in a variety of films such as The Hollow (2004); Raising Helen (2004) and Jersey Girl (2004). He went on to roles in The Sensation of Sight (2006); The Social Network (2010) and a recurring role in 10 episodes of the acclaimed mini-series The Pacific (2010).
Joseph impressively has also written, directed and produced the film Matters of Life and Death (2007), also playing the role of David Jennings. He has most recently appeared in the role of Billy St. Cyr in the TV series Justified (2013). He is coming into his own as he matures and making his rounds in the film industry.
