Sherlock Holmes actor Jude Law has revealed the reasons why he agreed to take on the role of Alan Krumwiede in his latest movie Contagion. Jude admitted that the fact that the script was so well written and such a high profile director was on board made the decision much easier.
Law explained, "A lot of the reason I wanted to be a part of this project was because the script was so strong, and obviously a strong script and a brilliant director like Steven (Soderbergh), you feel, as an actor, confident that you're almost halfway there.”
Contagion centres around a deadly disease which is spreading across the country and the group of experts that are faced with finding a cure. The movie also stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Matt Damon and Kate Winslet. It is already out in the US and is due out in the UK on October 21.
