It has been reported that the hit 1990 movie Ghost, which starred Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore, is set to be remade. The updated version of Ghost is set to star Justin Bieber in the Patrick Swayze role and Selena Gomez in the Demi Moore role.
People close to the young couple have revealed that Justin is a huge Patrick Swayze fan and has agreed to star in the Ghost remake to pay homage to his hero. Meanwhile, Selena is set to cut her hair short, in a move reminiscent of that of Vanessa Hudgens, in an attempt to look more like Demi Moore’s character from the movie.
It is also believed that One Direction singer Harry Styles is set to make his big acting debut by playing the character Carl, who was played by Tony Goldwyn back in the 1990 original.
Both Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are quite busy at the moment, as is Harry Styles, but production is set to get underway on the Ghost remake later this year. It is expected that the Ghost remake, starring Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, as well as Harry Styles, will be released next year.
