Teenage pop sensation Justin Bieber was recently criticised for wearing dungarees while having a photo taken with the Prime Minister of Canada. The 18-year-old Canadian was labelled as “white trash” but has now hit back, revealing the circumstances behind the picture.
Entertainment Tonight quote Bieber as saying, “The pic of me and the Prime Minister was taken in a room in the arena where I was performing at that day (sic).”
He added, “I walked straight from my meet and greet to him. It wasn't like it was like I was going into his environment we were at a hockey arena. Wow am I ever white trash (sic).”
Justin Bieber also took to his official Twitter account to post the picture of himself in his dungarees, with the Prime Minister, along with the caption, which read, “I met the Prime Minister in overalls lol (sic).”
Justin Bieber has been in the press a lot lately, following his split from his girlfriend Selena Gomez, although there have been rumours of a possible reconciliation.
