Teen heart-throb Justin Bieber has made headlines for all the wrong reasons lately. So far in 2013 the pop sensation has been booed off stage by fans for being late, been in a fight with the British paparazzi, allegedly passed out on stage and been photographed smoking weed. Now it seems that the drama continues as Justin Bieber is under investigation by Los Angeles police detectives after having a row with his neighbour a successful 47-year-old business man and Father of three. During their blazing row, Justin allegedly spat at his neighbour and threatened to kill him.
The row took place on the morning of Tuesday March 26th at around 9am, only hours after Justin arrived back at his Calabasas home after performing in Poland. Wetpaint report that the row started when Justin decided to take his new Ferrari for a spin. Eye witnesses claim that Justin was driving "dangerously" and exceeded speeds of 100mph. The neighbour caught up in the row reportedly went to Justin's property and shouted "You can't drive like this!" Other neighbours told the police that Justin shouted back "Get the f**k out of here! I'm gonna f**king kill you!"
LA Police officers were called to the Calabasas area where the incident took place. Sheriffs spokesman Steve Whitmore told the LA times " He has complained that Mr Bieber spit on him and made some threats, Mr Bieber's people say that it did not happen. Obviously, our detectives will determine what happened and take appropriate action." Justin's neighbour has filed a battery report against him and won't back down until Justin is prosecuted. According to insiders, this isn't the first incident that's rattled his neighbours. The Guardian reports that there have been previous complaints about wild parties being held at Justin's house even when he's out-of-town.
In a new interview with US weekly, Justin complains about all of the negative press he's receiving "The biggest misconception about me is that I'm a bad person. I get upset about that. I have a big heart but some people want me to fail. I'm young and I make mistakes, that's part of growing up. I know who I am and I;m not gonna let negativity towards me bring me down. I'm a positive person and I plan on staying that way." This isn't the first time Justin has had a run in with the law, he's been pulled over a number of times for speeding and he was accused of punching a paparazzo 2012, those charges were eventually dropped.
