Things have not exactly been going great for Hollywood actress KaDee Strickland of late, with the star trying hard to get her acting career back on track and back where she belongs. KaDee had high hopes for the new television series Doubt, after starring in the pilot for the show but, as is often the case with new TV shows, KaDee has since been replaced for the new series, with Katherine Heigl taking on the role.
Not one to let a small set back get in the way of her career, KaDee Strickland will now look ahead to new projects, with a new movie being a possibility for her next move. KaDee has been linked to a role in the long-delayed movie project from Cullen Douglas and Tom Verica, and now that she finds some spare time on her hands, KaDee may well push to finally get the new film off the ground.
With this planned new project still being in the development stages, we do not know a huge amount about what to expect from the movie, although it has been officially described as, "Based on a true story. After losing his entire family to unforgivable violence, a small-town engineer must find the way and will to live and love again..." Sounds like it could make for some interesting viewing.
With that said, this new project has been in development since 2011 and, while it looked like the film was moving into pre-production last year, it has since been pushed back again, with the development of the project being unknown. Let's hope that KaDee Strickland can find a new acting project soon, as we miss seeing her face on the big screen.
