The Critics Choice TV Awards took place in Los Angeles last night and, while there were plenty of happy winners across the board, the biggest winners of the night was the hit comedy series The Big Bang Theory, which managed to walk away from the ceremony with three top awards.
As well as winning the award for the Best Comedy Series, The Big Bang Theory also saw its female star Kaley Cuoco walk away with the Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. Meanwhile, her co-star Simon Helberg took home the Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.
The Big Bang Theory has aired on CBS for six seasons now, with a seventh season set to premiere on the network later in the year. While other shows, such as How I Met Your Mother, seem to have lost their way a little, The Big Bang Theory continues to deliver every season.
Other big winners of the night included Breaking Bad, which tied with Game of Thrones for the Best Drama Series award, while the star of the show, Bryan Cranston took home the Best Actor in a Series award. A full list of the winners can be found over at the Critics Choice Awards website.
