Kanye West is certainly a determined man; The rapper has reportedly proposed to girlfriend Kim Kardashian on several occasions.
Kanye is so intent on making Kim Kardashian his bride that he has asked her to marry him over and over again. The problem is that reality TV star Kim does not take Kanye seriously, and won't until he delivers his proposal with a little more romance.
One insider told OK! magazine: "Kim has tried to discourage it, but Kanye has said he wants to marry her for years now. On more than one occasion he said, 'Kim, will you marry me?' He'd be dead serious if she'd say yes."
After Kanye's most recent proposal while the pair were in L.A together, Kim asked him where the engagement ring was. He got down on one knee and she got embarrassed and told him to get up, and reminded him that she wasn't even officially divorced yet.
But the 34 year old rapper wasn't kidding and genuinely believes that, with persistence, he will eventually get Kim to say yes.
"I think he believes if he asks her 100 times, then eventually she'll say yes," says the insider.
