When it comes to a James Bond movie, there are a number of different aspects to the film that need to be spot on, in order for it to become a success. As well as having to have the right actor playing James Bond, they also need to get in the right actress to play the Bond Girl, while it is also important that the movie gets the right artist to record the theme song.
The new James Bond movie, titled Spectre, is set to hit the big screen later in the year and there have been plenty of rumours about who will record the new song. It looks like Ellie Goulding is the favourite to record the new James Bond theme, although there have been a few people who have been calling for Kanye West to do the track.
Duran Duran bass player John Taylor said, "I don't see Ellie Goulding for Bond. Kanye West, Daft Punk or somebody interesting would be better. How about Florence + the Machine?" while the drummer Roger Taylor added, "I think Kanye would do a great job of taking it down a different avenue."
With that said though, it does look like the new James Bond movie does at least have a few things right already. Daniel Craig will once again take on the role of James Bond in Spectre, while the Bond Girls will be played by Monica Bellucci and Lea Seydoux. Spectre is directed by Same Mendes, with the movie set to hit the big screen on November 6 in both the US and the UK.
