British beauty Kate Beckinsale has been working in Hollywood for many years now, appearing in a whole host of hit movies along the way, giving us some fantastic performances as she goes. While there has been a lot of talk about the fact that Kate is reprising her role for the new movie Underworld 5, she also has a role in the upcoming new film Love & Friendship, which she is clearly very excited about.
Those of you who are familiar with the Jane Austen novella Lady Susan will have an idea of what to expect from the movie but, for those of you wanting to know more about the film, Love & Friendship has been officially described as "Lady Susan Vernon takes up temporary residence at her in-laws' estate and, while there, is determined to be a matchmaker for her daughter Frederica -- and herself too, naturally."
The new trailer for Love & Friendship was released a few days ago and Kate Beckinsale made sure to let her fans know all about it. Kate took to her official Twitter account to share the new Love & Friendship trailer with her fans and followers, in a bid to get them as excited about the new project as she is.
As well as starring Kate Beckinsale in the lead role for the movie, the rest of the cast for Love & Friendship includes such names as Xavier Samuel, Chloe Sevigny, and Emma Greenwell, to name just a few. Love & Friendship has been directed by Whit Stillman, who also adapted the screenplay for the film from the Jane Austen book, with the movie set to hit the big screen on May 13 in the US and May 27 in th UK.
