It has been claimed that Kate Middleton and Prince William could be set to name their child Diana, after William's late mother, if they were to have a little girl. The claim comes from Kate’s old schoolmate Jessica Hay, who says that Kate has always really liked the name. Jessica also addressed the rumours that William and Kate are expecting twins.

Hay said, “Funnily enough, Diana is a name Catherine has always loved. It was the most nerve-wracking moment of her entire life. Catherine would love twins and a lot of people in their circle in London say it could indeed be the case that she is expecting twins. If it were a boy and a girl, it would be a dream come true for them both.”
Jessica also spoke of Kate’s illness, claiming that she first became ill on December 1, “She took to her bed for most of the weekend and on Monday morning, her mother and William told her she must get herself checked out by medics,” she told New Idea.

Kate Middleton had to spend three nights at the London, King Edward VII Hospital before she was sent back home. Kate is now said to be getting her appetite back and has been specifically asking for exotic papaya fruit.
