Kate Moss is doing the big sister thing in a way that could potentially make her younger sister part of modelling history. Never before have two sisters appeared on the cover of the prestigious fashion magazine "Vogue" but that might just happen if the rumours emanating through the fashion community are correct.
She and her sister are reportedly in talks with Vogue UK editor Alexandra Shulman to appear on the cover of the December issue of Vogue magazine.
If this does occur it would be a huge boost to the modelling career of Lottie Moss as a cover on any Vogue magazine is difficult to attain and she at the beginning of her career would be appearing with her older sister Kate Moss, one of the most celebrated and successful models in the fashion industry.
Interestingly, Kate Moss has become very involved with her sister in terms of providing advice to the young model on how to best avoid the pitfalls of fame. The model who has been a regular in the media headlines for years has been warning Lottie about the pitfalls of too much publicity but she has steered clear of telling her sister what to do.
The supermodel has recently been in the public spotlight for her partying in Ibiza, Spain with friends such as Naomi Campbell and Kim Kardashian to help celebrate the birthday of Riccardo Tisci, the creative director of Givenchy and in typical Kate Moss fashion she left a memorable impression as she wore a green bikini with a fishnet stocking over top which had fans of the model talking about how sensational she looked without seeming to try, one of the marks of a great model.
Kate Moss is a model whose name sells magazines and attracts attention and as such anticipation is high about the possibility of her gracing the cover of Vogue with her younger sister. Could the cover be Kate Moss' way of passing the modelling torch to the next family member?
