The world is absolutely full of stunningly beautiful women, so it is no surprise that the modelling industry has so many hot stars around these days. It is fair to say that American supermodel Kate Upton has always been one of the hottest women in the world, ever since she first came on to the modelling scene, but somehow she seems to continue to get hotter and hotter all the time.
Well, it seems that there is a good reason for why and how Kate Upton continues to get hotter, with the stunning star sharing some of the secret and some of her top tips to her success. Kate says that, while working out is definitely one of the biggest keys to having such a great body, she has also found that getting rid of her scales also helped her in a very big way.
Upton shared, "I’ve changed my mentality. Now, I work out to feel strong for myself, not to see a number on a scale. I’ve always done an element of strength training throughout my workouts, but whenever I started working out with Ben, it really shifted to mainly just weight training. It’s completely changed my body. It raises your metabolism, it helps you enjoy life more, [and] you feel stronger."
She added, "For me, not having a scale made working out a healthier thing. It made working out about me wanting to improve myself for my own life, not about losing weight or gaining weight or shaming myself for gaining weight, or whatever the goal was at the time. Now it’s about, 'Why do I want to be fit?' It’s to be stronger, be more energetic, to fit in my jeans. And that is my ‘self-check’, not a scale."
Well it has clearly been working well for Kate Upton so we think we might just be giving this a go ourselves.
